DIVISION I

Where: Coronado High.

When: Today, 9 a.m.

Boys preview: Fallbrook senior Stott Bushnell seeks a repeat title in the 100-yard freestyle and will aim for the 50 free crown as well. Also bidding for double titles is Torrey Pines senior Cody Miller, who had leading prelim times in the 200 individual medley and 100 breaststroke. With three top relays, Carlsbad looks for its sixth straight team crown.

Girls preview: Poway senior Bianca Casciari goes for a four-year sweep of 100 butterfly titles with a chance to break her own section record of 55.42, set last year. She also had the fastest prelim time in the 200 IM. Eastlake junior Jacquie Kimmel looks to defend her 50 free crown and to challenge in the 100 backstroke.

DIVISION II

Where: Coronado High.

When: Today, 3 p.m.

Boys preview: Cathedral Catholic senior Keegan Groot goes for 200 IM and 100 breast titles after recording top prelim times in each. Also competing in the 100 breast is defending champion James White, a senior from Christian who swims in the 200 free as well. La Jolla freshman Eric Hedlin ranks as the favorite in the 500 free and also bids in the 200 free.

Girls preview: Cathedral sophomore Chelsea Weedman seeks to repeat as the 100 breast champ and to win the 200 IM crown as the Dons go for their second team title in three years. Also poised to take double championships are West Hills junior Kelsey Hall (200 and 500 free) and San Marcos sophomore Nicole Parmenter (100 fly and 100 back).
